Milestones:

Milestone 1: Release of Web app dashboard for module developers to publish modules

Details of what will be delivered in Milestone 1:

• WebApp (will be hosted at https://dashboard.zenguard.xyz) where developers can publish their Safe plugins/ hooks via a repo template on supported chains (Base Goerli Testnet, Ethereum Goerli testnet).
• Gathering feedback from the Safe hackathon (ETH Online) devs.
• Allow Safe Account users to explore, install, remove plugins, and do on chain verification of publisher details (will be hosted at https://explore.zenguard.xyz.

Acceptance criteria:

• Getting the registry, manager reviewed from the Safe core team, and primary security checks with high test coverage.
• Publishing well tested 2-3 plugins/ hooks from this list: https://notes.zenguard.xyz/module-research) (TBD based on the survey of Safe account users)
• Listing the modules from the Safe hackathon (ETH Online) by onboarding devs.
